Immunization
Open the child, choose the vaccine due, enter the batch and click “Give”.

Growth monitoring
Record weight and height at each visit to follow the child’s growth.

Defaulters
The “Immunization defaulters” tab lists children who missed a vaccine so you can follow them up.
2Family planning

Record a visit
Click “Record FP visit”. Choose the visit type (New, Revisit, Switch or Removal), the method, the quantity or cycles and the counselling given.

Defaulters
The “FP defaulters” tab lists clients who have not returned when due.
