   Open a visit

   Go to “Dental” → “Dental visit” and choose the patient.

   Chart the teeth

   On the “Dental chart (FDI)” click a tooth and record its condition.

   Examination and diagnosis

   Record the examination, diagnosis and notes.

4. 4

   Treatment plan

   Add treatment items; mark them “Done” when performed so they are billed. Use “Add unbilled item” for anything not charged.

5. 5

   Save

   Click “Save visit”.
